Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans renew on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
• You can cancel any time; access continues through the billing period.

No Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties.

Limitation of Liability

• WealthKaki is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
